Norma celebrates 27 years in the escrow industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a steady, trusted presence to every transaction. She has successfully navigated the full spectrum of the real estate market – from peak growth to more challenging downturns, handling complex transactions including 1031 exchanges, short sales, loan modifications, assumptions and foreclosures with confidence and expertise. Norma’s depth of experience, work ethic, attention to details, and commitment to exceptional service make her a reliable partner in even the most intricate real estate transactions. Originally born in Mexico, Norma was raised in California’s Bay Area. Norma has proudly called Arizona home for the past 25 years, beginning in Yuma and most recently relocating to Scottsdale four years ago.
As empty nesters, she and her husband are embracing this exciting new chapter of their lives, starting with their first planned international adventure trip to Japan. They are also embracing new experiences including taking dance lessons-learning salsa, merengue, and bachata. Nothing brings them more joy than spoiling their grandchildren and doting on their beloved teacup yorkie, Remi.
